They were always available to assist with all my enquiries and made the daunting process seamlessly efficient, friendly but always professional, keeping things simple and easy to understand. Both buying and selling homes is often a stressful process and frustrations are difficult to avoid. Throughout the process, I have found all the staff at Paul J Watson to be most helpful, responsive, thorough and very professional. Not only did I find Paul J Watson to be most competitive in their fee structure, I felt the whole process was made as stress and hassle free as a sale and purchase of a home can possible be. Although the job turned out to be bigger than Paul Watson’s (or I) anticipated, the professionalism and “personal touch” displayed by Paul and his team was first-class. The communication was constant and reassuring, and it was the only part of the house-buyng process that worked flawlessly. When it came to remortgaging my property, Paul Watson’s were extremely quick to point out that due to their set up being incompatible with my chosen Mortgage provider, they would be unable to provide conveyancing services. Where other solicitors dragged out this conversation or suggested I might change my mortgage provider, Paul Watson’s were immediately explicit about what they could (and couldn’t) offer. Paul Watson and Gemma handled our house move very proffesionally. Ours was no ordinary house move as it turned out the house we were buying had a public footpath running through it. This was a very unusual case but was dealt with professionally and efficiently even though no matter what they did to move the sale on , it would unearth more problems.
