You can also instruct us to organise your Home Information Pack for you. We will prepare this Pack for you at a cost of £295.00 plus VAT for Teesside/North Yorkshire areas. Again, we use an online search facility, ensuring both quick results and lowered costs. Price is dependent upon the property area, as this dictates the costs of searches.

Fill in the new Property Information Questionnaire (required in every HIP after 6th April 2009) online and then send it to us for checking. Your complete HIP is uploaded online and can be accessed by all parties provided with the username and password.
