At Paul J Watson Solicitor, we believe that legal advice should be available to everyone at a reasonable cost.

Mr Watson has over 25 years experience in providing practical, sound advice in a sympathetic manner and undertakes ongoing training to keep up with developments in the law.

We believe that constructive and cost effective advice should be available to all members of our local community. We offer discreet specialist guidance and aim to reduce anxiety and minimise conflict, whilst protecting the best interests of our clients.

We make certain that clients know their rights and responsibilities and aim to keep to the forefront, the needs of the children involved.

We are members of the Law Society Family Law Panel and are members of the Community Legal Service. We can advise you as to whether you would be eligible for a Legal Funding Certificate (Legal Aid) and can assist you in making an application to the Legal Services Commission.

Even if you are not eligible for a Legal Funding Certificate. We can still offer competitive rates for representing you on a private fee-paying basis. We will give you an estimate as to the likely costs of the proceedings upon request. If our estimate is likely to be exceeded, then we will notify you before taking any further action.
