Our Team

The firm is a small family based practice, with less than ten employees, three of whom are directly related to Paul Watson. Paul’s wife, Julia Watson is the firm’s Crown Court Clerk and his elder daughter, Gemma Watson is the firm’s Office Manager.  Both have worked within the firm for a period in excess of ten years.  His younger daughter, Katherine Watson, has recently returned to the firm as a Legal Secretary. 

Our staff comprise of;-

Principal Solicitor with over 30 years’ experience. 

Panel memberships: Duty Solicitor, Law Society Criminal Defence Panel, Law Society Family Law Panel, Resolution Accredited Specialist- Domestic Abuse & Private Law Children.

Areas of expertise: Criminal defence, all aspects of family and child law.

Gemma Watson – Office Manager

Stacey Phoenix – Associate Solicitor

Areas of expertise: All aspects of family and child law, wills, probate, elderly client.
