We can highly recommend Paul Watson and Gemma Watson. They handled the sale of our house very efficiently and economically. In particular, office working hours were very flexible because we were living overseas and Gemma would call us well into the evening if she had news for us. We were so impressed we decided to renew our Wills which were a little more complicated, having estates split between two countries. Paul did some research to ensure that the Wills in both countries were valid. One aspect we would like to highlight about the service we received was Paul and Gemma’s attitude towards us as a lesbian couple. We selected Paul Watson Solicitors to represent us in our purchase, due to the fact they promised to be hands on and guide me through the process, as this was our first venture in buying a property. Everything started off smoothly but then due to the nature of our purchase we came up against quiet a few obstacles! Gemma and Mr Watson worked very hard and around the clock to get the issues resolved, Mr Watson even hand delivered forms out side of office hours to make sure forms got completed in time. Paul Watson and Gemma handled our house move very proffesionally. Ours was no ordinary house move as it turned out the house we were buying had a public footpath running through it. This was a very unusual case but was dealt with professionally and efficiently even though no matter what they did to move the sale on , it would unearth more problems. Although the job turned out to be bigger than Paul Watson’s (or I) anticipated, the professionalism and “personal touch” displayed by Paul and his team was first-class.
