My brother had some allegations of sexual misconduct made against him, this resulted in him being convicted, after two trials, and being sent to prison despite his continual denying of the offences. Although the job turned out to be bigger than Paul Watson’s (or I) anticipated, the professionalism and “personal touch” displayed by Paul and his team was first-class. The communication was constant and reassuring, and it was the only part of the house-buyng process that worked flawlessly. When it came to remortgaging my property, Paul Watson’s were extremely quick to point out that due to their set up being incompatible with my chosen Mortgage provider, they would be unable to provide conveyancing services. Paul Watson and Gemma handled our house move very proffesionally. Ours was no ordinary house move as it turned out the house we were buying had a public footpath running through it. This was a very unusual case but was dealt with professionally and efficiently even though no matter what they did to move the sale on , it would unearth more problems. We selected Paul Watson Solicitors to represent us in our purchase, due to the fact they promised to be hands on and guide me through the process, as this was our first venture in buying a property. Everything started off smoothly but then due to the nature of our purchase we came up against quiet a few obstacles!
