Our contact form asks you to provide us with personal information. That information is treated by us as strictly confidential and we will not pass on your details to a third party without your consent unless we are legally obliged to do so. The information you provide is only used to provide you with the service  or information that you request; we do not use your details for marketing purposes, nor do we contact you to pressurise you into instructing us in your case.

We cannot  be held responsible for any breach of data security whilst your message is transmitted to us. If this concerns you, then you may prefer to call the office during our opening hours or alternatively visit us.

We use Google Analytics to obtain non-sensitive information on visitors to our website, for example what keywords were entered into the search engine before visiting our site and how long the visitor stayed on our site. No confidential information is collected, nor does the data identify individual visitors. We use this information to improve our website.
