Paul Watson is the Principal of the firm, a Solicitor with over 30 years’ experience and Head of our Criminal Department. Paul is particularly experienced in defending sexual offences cases, and in defending RSPCA prosecutions. SRA: 120997.
Damian is our resident Higher Court Advocate Solicitor, representing Criminal Defence clients from police stations, through to crown court. He also specialises in defence of Driving Offences and Court Martials.
Emma is a Trainee Solicitor and an accredited Police Station Representative. From starting as a work experience graduate, she has worked very hard to ultimately obtain a training contract.
We also offer competitive rates for private fee-paying clients, particularly for road traffic offences, such as speeding and other minor motoring offences.

Mr Watson has extensive experience in dealing with criminal defence cases, including representation of clients (both youth and adult) with mental health difficulties, such as Asperger’s Syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Order, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders and others.
In particular, Mr Watson has dealt with a large number of successful criminal defence cases for those accused of sexual offences and indecent images, and also for those subject to Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) applications.
